Synopsis from Goodreads

When Jade walked out on Oliver six months ago, she left her heart behind. Little did she know her mission was far from over. Given a new mission—to secure a secret nuclear power core—she’s thrown back into his world and has to earn his trust once more. The only problem is that she’s competing directly with another Seductor that she despises, who has already been on the mission for two months.

Oliver was devastated when he discovered Jade had left him, so he closed himself off to the world, focusing solely on his job. Everything is thrown into chaos when she resurfaces, working for an old friend of his.

Will Jade be able to win Oliver back while fighting her jealously that another Seductor might steal the mission from her? Consumed with love, controlled by a hunger she has never known, can she protect her heart a second time around if Oliver takes her back?

Hunger is the sequel to B. L. Wilde's Seductors series. I read the first book, Desire, and I absolutely loved it. I have to say, I love this sequel even more. It was more intense and even more sexy and I didn't think that was even possible. The story was told beautifully and that ending made me want so much more. Wilde you are killing me over here.

We once again follow Jade, the best Seductor in the Seductor agency. She is completely heartbroken over what she had to do to Oliver. She hates herself for it, but knows she has no other option. But fate seems to have other plans up her sleeves. Jade and her rival, Alicia, have both been called up for a mission like no other. There is a nuclear weapon being built and they want the Seductors to bring it to them. It just happens that Oliver's company seems to be the one funding the project. Jade's answers have been answered even though she still has to lie to Oliver for the sake of her job. Jade can't believe it, but she is going to make sure she has him when her contract is over with the Seductors. But this mission may be a bit bigger than she thought when she finds this weapon could easily start World War III, it is more than dangerous, it is catastrophic. Jade has to figure out how not to hurt Oliver and to stop this weapon from getting into the hands of her client.

I loved getting back into this world. It was really nice seeing a different side to Jade this time around. She is a very strong woman that knows what she wants. But her losing Oliver and knowing that she has stolen from him is tearing her apart. Everyone around her keeps telling her that she is being silly, that it was just the sex. But it was way more than that.  Their chemistry was incredible and I would have hated it if they didn't find each other again. I love that she is handling things better now even though Oliver is apprehensive. Oliver was just as amazing as before. I honestly forgot how insanely sexy he was. Thank you for refreshing my memory, Wilde. Oliver was completely broken over losing Jade. He even blames himself for her leaving. He thought he was rushing her because he was obviously falling for her and falling fast.

I was on the edge of my seat seeing how he would react when they saw each other again. I knew he would be pissed and boy, he was. But I love that even that didn't stop him from looking out for her. She is now an interior designer for a friend of Oliver's. Oliver doesn't want her anywhere near the guy. He is a perv and Oliver knows it. I loved seeing that connection again. Seriously, this has got to be one of the sexiest couples ever. They were just too much to handle at time. Don't believe me? Wait until you learn what Oliver can do with an ice cube. Oh. My. God.

I really enjoyed the pacing of this book. I thought it was more suspenseful. Jade is constantly on edge because of what she is doing with Oliver. She knows she has to lie to him again after what she has already done. Jade is trapped no matter what she does. She doesn't want to hurt the man she loves and she can't leave the Seductors because they could punish (and possibly kill her) and she can't let her client have the nuclear weapon because millions of lives could be on the line. Jade has to think of something. This book is chalk full of thrilling moments and betrayal. There are a lot of players in this book and it is interesting trying to figure out who to trust. There is someone I definitely don't trust who Oliver hates. I believe there is more here than we can see and I am quite scared for Oliver if my suspicions are correct. Book 3 can't get here fast enough, it really can't.

I highly recommend this book. I highly recommend this series. It gets better and better for me. The characters are complex and memorable. I love that we get to know Jade, the real Jade, better in this book. We get a glimpse into her past and it was heartbreaking. I understand now whenever she says Oliver would run if he found out about her past. It was so sad. The story was well paced, sexy, and it is getting dangerous. Wilde has left us craving more and I want more so bad. This is building into something huge. I can feel it and I am so excited. If you are looking for something sexy, thrilling, and addictive, this is the perfect read for you.

Due to the daily spam comments I have been getting lately and to avoid the annoying word verification, Anonymous comments are no more. I do not want bargains on bags, watches, jerseys, boots and other crap. Geez, they could at least spam me with book and movie stuff, I would be somewhat interested LOL! Thank you :D
