Synopsis from Goodreads

A Loveswept Contemporary Erotic Romance

In Lea Griffith’s Loveswept debut, a novel that’s perfect for erotic romance readers, two lovers who have shared exquisite pain and unforgettable bliss find solace back in each other’s arms.

Jeremiah Copeland and Daly Edwards have a history. Even though he grew up a criminal struggling to care for two younger siblings, and she’s the pampered daughter of a power-hungry senator, they formed a bond that nothing could break. Only a lack of trust ripped them apart.

Seven years later, Daly has reason to believe that Jeremiah’s brother is in trouble. She reaches out to Jeremiah the only way she knows how: at his BDSM club, The Underground. But one look ignites a heat she thought had cooled forever. As Jeremiah takes control of her body once again, Daly quickly loses control of her carefully rebuilt world. Too much has never been enough between them, and as danger swirls in the shadows, Jeremiah forces Daly to recognize what has never changed: She still loves him. His command is that she return her heart—and he will make her obey.

Too Much is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

Too Much was quite a sexy read. I have never read a book by Lea Griffith although I just got her No Mercy series which I hear is incredible. But so was book as well. I really enjoyed these characters and how Griffith wasted no time putting us right in the action. This book kept me on my toes and definitely kept me hot.

I really enjoyed Daly and Jeremiah. Daly left Jeremiah three years ago and now she is back at the club he runs. A message was left at her front door, but she knows it is for Jeremiah. It has been three years since she has seen him, but it has done nothing for to her feelings for him. She wants him more than ever, but she is not sure she can trust him or herself. Jeremiah can't believe Daly is back. He misses her and loves how much stronger she has gotten since she left. But he is still going to test her. He wants to be her Dom again.

Daly and Jeremiah got back together rather quickly in this book. I would have liked a bit more push-and-pull between them before that, but I still loved it. Something does happen later on in the book and Jeremiah does the stupidest thing ever. Again, I wanted some more fight here from Daly. Although, it was done better in the end, but not enough for me. He needed a good yelling at or a good kick to the balls (I prefer the latter, but that is just me). When you get to it, you will agree with me. I loved Jeremiah, but seriously?!

I really enjoyed the suspense in this book as well. It does go beyond just the romance between the main characters. The message from Daly leads to something much bigger than her or Jeremiah thought possible. It gets crazy and it really starts to kill the new relationship Daly and Jeremiah are building again. Everything boils down to trust and boy, they really needed to work on that. They have so many insecurities given their history. I was really rooting for them to get past this gigantic roadblock. I got a little scared at a part (that scene), but I was very satisfied in the end.

Overall, this was a thrilling and sexy read that you will blast through. Griffith knows how to put together a very captivating story. Again, I am dying to start her other series. I have friends that have been raving about it. If this is what I am in for, I will be starting book 1 next week. I am looking forward to the next book in this series. My fingers are crossed for Toby and Ruthie. Toby is Daly's brother and Jeremiah's best friend/right hand man. I loved how close they were in this book and how much he looked after her. They were great siblings and I hope Toby gets his own book. He deserves it. This is a great read. Really good intro into this series. I want more.

About Lea Griffith

Lea Griffith began sneaking to read her mother’s romance novels at a young age. She cut her teeth on the greats: McNaught, Woodiwiss, and Garwood. A firm believer that love makes the world go round, she still consumes every romance book she can put her hands on, but now she writes her own.

Lea lives with her husband and three teenage daughters in rural Georgia. Two dogs, a cat, and a beta fish named Coddy George complete a family that is always in motion. When not working at the EDJ, she’s usually at her keyboard, using every spare second to write. Science fiction, paranormal and contemporary romance, oh my! Nothing is off-limits when it comes to her writing.

Due to the daily spam comments I have been getting lately and to avoid the annoying word verification, Anonymous comments are no more. I do not want bargains on bags, watches, jerseys, boots and other crap. Geez, they could at least spam me with book and movie stuff, I would be somewhat interested LOL! Thank you :D
