Synopsis from B. L. Wilde
Natasha White has always been unlucky in love. The men she falls for only want one thing from her, and it isn’t commitment. When her boss and on/off fling announces his engagement to another woman, she finds herself running from her feelings for him by taking a job as a personal assistant to the legendary rock god, Alex Harbour—half a world away.
Her new boss is sexy, damaged, and insatiable, but Natasha has been a fan since she was a young girl. Conflicted by her emotions, she begins a love/hate relationship with the egotistical rock star.
Alex’s intentions toward her are clear from the moment they meet, but Natasha isn’t about to run from one emotionless connection to another. She is determined to keep her distance from her childhood crush, by any means necessary.
When lust begins to cloud her mind, however, she becomes hell bent on protecting her heart. What good could ever come out of falling for a rock star, anyway?

Hey everyone!!! How are you guys? I am tired as hell, but dong well. It has been sooooo long since my last review (a month or so), but that is still too long as far as I am concerned. But I am figuring things out and will be getting back into the swing of things. So lets get to it!

Wonderlust is a story that follows a woman named Natasha (Nat) who is getting an interview for her dream job. It came at the right moment too. Her boss is getting engaged. That normally would be good news if she wasn't sleeping with him as well. Natasha needs to get out and fast. What better way than halfway around the world. It is even better when she is going to be the personal assistant to Alex Harbour. Alex was her first crush. Everyone wanted to be with the lead singer of Steel Roses and now she is getting the opportunity to work for him. First impressions are everything, however, and her first meeting with the man himself left a terrible taste in her mouth. She is thinking of throwing this chance away, but the alternative is far too devastating. Natasha is not sure she can survive the rollercoaster that is Alex's life.

When I heard that B. L. Wilde was writing a new series, I jumped at the chance to review it. Wilde has written some of them most exhilarating and sexy books I have ever read. It is of no surprise that this read is no different. I couldn't be more in love with this book if I tried.

I love all the feelings I got when reading this. There was something so realistic about it and that was mainly through the characters. Natasha has to be one of my favorite leads. She reminded me of myself. I can see how that sounds conceded, but let me explain. She was so real and down to earth. You could see yourself in her shoes. You have probably been in her shoes.  Maybe not the whole working for a rock star but, but someone who is strong and has a mind of their own, but is still very vulnerable and insecure. She knows herself and that is what holds her back from vetting what she wants even if she won't admit it.

Then we had Alex. Oh Alex. I was with Natasha at first. Their first meeting was one for the ages for sure. You will want to smack him, a few times. But even when they are arguing, you feel the tension. You see how they react when they are around each other and when they are with different people. They couldn't help it. I love how being around Natasha changes Alex. Everyone seems to notice except Natasha and I know she tried her best not to. Again, her insecurities put so many things in her head at times. But given it is Alex, you couldn't blame her.

Not only were our leads super spectacular, but the side characters were loads of fun as well. Diego, Alex's best friend and stylist, was an absolute riot. I love how easily he could read  everyone and he wasn't afraid to say what was in his mind. Same for Natasha's friend, Liv. Liv is also a bug Steel Roses fan. I love that Liv was there to set Natasha straight when she needed it. She is not in the book nearly as much as Diego, but I loved the scenes with her and Natasha.

I am such a huge fan Wilde Seductors series.  Knew that this was would be a great experience. It was and more. The characters are simply infectious. They have a way of staying with you even when you are done. The dialogue between them specifically the back and firth between Natasha and Alex are some of my favorite parts of this book. Oh man, do I have a lot of favorites from this book. This read was so full of vulnerabilities, insecurities, laughs, heartbreak, hope and everything else in between. It is impossible not to be in love this book and its characters. If you are looking for a read and an author worth drooling over, this is simply the best choice. You can do no wrong here. I am dying for the sequel. I know it will be worth the wait. Highly recommended.
